About
Having dedicated twenty years to clinical medicine, I am deeply drawn to the role of the endocrine system in maintaining the body’s homeostasis and care about helping people truly understand the changes in their body and mind.
These days I spend my time reading, researching, and writing. I’m drawn to the molecular realm and to the invisible workings the eye cannot see. Faith is the anchor through which I make sense of the world.
This blog started as a private record: first on Blogger, then on WordPress, and now here, just notes to myself. Over time it became something I wanted to share, not as an authority, but as someone still figuring things out. If something here resonates, I’m glad you found it.
